Terms and Conditions for MediTrackr

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of MediTrackr and MediTrackr.in. By using the website or service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Provider

MediTrackr is operated by Bijumon.S.

2. Nature of Service

MediTrackr is a software platform designed to help clinics and small healthcare practices manage appointments, patients, visits, prescriptions, billing, payments, inventory, pharmacy billing, lab workflows, and reports.

MediTrackr is a software tool and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for:

  • keeping login details secure
  • ensuring information is accurate
  • restricting unauthorized access to your account
  • all activities under your account unless caused by our own fault

4. Authorized Use

You agree to use MediTrackr only for lawful business and operational purposes.

You must not:

  • misuse the platform
  • attempt unauthorized access
  • interfere with service operation
  • upload malicious code
  • copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the software beyond permitted use
  • use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

5. Subscriber Responsibility

Each clinic or subscriber is responsible for:

  • the accuracy of data entered into the system
  • staff access management
  • use of patient and billing data in accordance with applicable obligations
  • reviewing output such as prescriptions, invoices, reports, and pharmacy bills before use

6. Subscription and Billing

Use of MediTrackr may require payment of subscription fees.

You agree to pay applicable charges for the selected plan. Pricing, billing cycle, and plan features may be listed on the website or communicated separately.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in restricted access, read-only mode, suspension, or termination of service access.

7. Trial Access

If a free trial is offered, it is provided only for evaluation purposes. Trial duration, features, and post-trial access restrictions are determined by MediTrackr.

8. Refunds

Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Data and Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to the service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.

Maintenance, technical issues, third-party failures, internet issues, and other events may affect access.

10. Data Export

Where available, users may export certain records and reports from the system. Export capability may vary by plan, account status, or technical limitations.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights in the MediTrackr platform, website, branding, design, software, and related materials remain with MediTrackr or its licensors.

Using the service does not transfer ownership of the software or brand to the subscriber.

12. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party tools, hosting providers, communication services, or integrations. We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MediTrackr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

The subscriber is responsible for reviewing critical records, prescriptions, bills, and reports before relying on them in business or clinical operations.

14. Termination or Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • subscription fees are unpaid
  • there is misuse of the platform
  • there is a security risk
  • required by law
  • account activity threatens system integrity or other users

15. Changes to Service or Terms

We may modify these Terms, pricing, features, or service structure from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
